1. Exam Results

Final results for session 2008-09 have been uploaded except for those of BKPS Charsadda and BKPS Landikotal. These could not be completed because of MIS Operators’ engagement in Baacha Khan Girls Model School Nauthia for two months consecutively and delay of results from the respective schools.

All examination records from the rest of the schools have been uploaded.

 

The system is now able to generate exam summary andclass and student wise comparative result reports both in graphical and text form. Detailed Marks Certificates of each student can be generated for the results currently fed into the system. The system also features reports on number of students securing top positions in the schools. This can be generated for any number assigned to the system. Similarly a summary of students failing and securing highest positions in the school as well as in the class can also be retrieved. Individual teachers’ performance evaluation is being carried out from the results.

2. Students Records

Old students’ records have been updated for current session 2009-10 and profiles for all the newly admitted students have been uploaded. The system now shows graphical as well as statistical reports of students’ strength in class and on school level. System generated admission numbers have been assigned to all the students of Baacha Khan School system.

3. Staff Records

Forms for newly recruited teachers have been sent for record collection to schools. These will be uploaded by 27th July 2009. Those of existing staff are available.

 

4. Attendance Records

A new form for attendance of students’, directorate and schools staff has been created on MIS. Accordingly monthly records of attendance for all these categories will be received by 3rd of every month and uploaded on the MIS for prompt access to information. This will help manage personal file of each employee.

 

All the relevant information on the academic and examination side for old staffs and students has been uploaded and for those of new students and staff are in process. Please let us know if there are any other features that need to be added to the system.
