Khadim HussainKhadim Hussain

(January 2010 to date)

With a research degree in Sociolinguistics, Khadim Hussain has worked as Professor for Linguistics and Communication at Bahria University Islamabad, Pakistan. He has some 20 international research publications and scores of media articles on education, human security, social transformation, culture, linguistics, extremism and terrorism and regional cooperation to his credit besides participation in more than 12 international conferences over the last 15 years.

He has been a co-researchers for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the project titled ‘Mode and Scale of Conflict in Iran, Turkey and Pakistan’ by School of Higher Studies in Social Sciences based in Paris besides working as a resource person for the workshops organized by Faculty Research Development Programme launched by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Khadim Hussain has been regularly invited as resource person by several national and international organizations to their workshops and conferences on the themes mentioned above.

Khadim Hussain has also been engaged in literary creativity, socio-political activism and advocacy for the last 15 years on the issues mentioned above. He has been regularly writing on the editorial pages of the daily Dawn, Pakistan, on the issues of militancy, social development and religious extremism in FATA and Pakhtunkhwa for the last five years. He    also coordinates the research activities of Aryana Institute for Regional Research and Advocacy (AIRRA)—a regional research and advocacy group.

 

Javed Anwerpd

Mr. Javed Anwer is a professional Chartered Accountant having more then 28 years of post qualification experience to his credit. He is serving the BKTEF as Project Director. Mr. Javed Anwer has worked with multi-national companies like Arabian-American Oil Company, ERNST, WINNEY International and Attock Oil Company in the private sector and with provincial government in various capacities. He has rich experience in planning, designing and implementation of projects ranging from industrial zones, manufacturing and process industries, housing colonies, hospitals and educational institutions all over Pakistan. Presently he is engaged in public practice of Chartered Accountancy.  

 

Waqar Khan Khattakpm
(August 2008 to date)

Mr. Waqar Khan Khattak is serving the BKTEF directorate as Program Manager. He has studied M. Sc (Hon’s) from Agriculture University, Peshawar and later on obtained an MBA degree from United Kingdom. Mr. Khattak has a range of experience in participatory rural appraisal, Institutional Development at grass root level, community organization & mobilization, micro financing, development planning & management and monitoring plus evaluation.  Mr. Khattak has worked with Bank of Khyber for more then nine years as Regional Credit Specialist. He also worked with Srahad Rural Support Program (SRSP) as Senior Social Organizer (SSO) and District In-charge for eight years. He established more then 500 community based organizations throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at grass root level. Mr. Khattak participated in a number of knowledge and skills building events organized by national and international development partners such United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Asian Development Bank (ADB), State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), GTZ, FACT BV the Netherlands and National Rural Support Program.

 

Colonel Faiz Muhammad Afridi (SI/M)ma

Mr. Faiz Muhammad Afridi is the Manager Administration, BKTEF. He received his early education from Cadet College Kohat and joined Pakistan Military Academy in 1971 and was commissioned in Pakistan Army in July 1972. He has served as a Manager Education, Fauji Foundation. After graduating from Staff College Quetta he served on a number of key positions for thirty years. He had been instructor at Pakistan Military Academy and School of Infantry and Tactics Quetta.

 

 

Saiqa Afridi sq
(February 2007 to date)

Mrs. Saiqa Afridi is working as Manager Professional Development Academy (PAD) at the BKTEF Directorate. She has completed her MA with Masters in Education whereas her M. Phil is in Progress in Teachers Education. She has a range of good experience in Education, Teaching and Human Resource Development.

Mrs. Saiqa Afridi has worked as resource person in ERIC School for 06 years and has also served the institution as a Master Trainer for a period of 10 years. She designed and conducted a number of workshops regarding Teachers Training in various renowned Institutions such as Army Public Schools, Army Public College, Kohat, UNESCO and ANCB. For a period of one year she worked as Senior Teacher for O’ levels at City School System. Mrs. Saiqa served Dr. Zareef Memorial School for five years as a Principal.Mrs. Saiqa Afridi is attached to City University of Science & Information Technology as an M. Ed & MA English Teacher for the last six years. For the last years, she is also serving the Campus consultancy as an ILETS instructor. In addition Mrs. Saiqa is attached to Pakistan Academy for Rural Development (PARD) as Resource Person. She has attended various workshops, seminars and Teacher Training Courses during the course of her career.

 

Fazal Naeemnaeem

Mr. Fazal Naeem is Manager Finance at BKTEF Directorate. He has attained membership with Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA –UK) and has qualified it in August 2005. Mr. Naeem has served a chartered accountants consultancy as Manager Audit and has a good range of experience in financial management, financial reporting and budgeting.

 

 

 

 

Hidayat Ullah Gulgulsaib
(April 2008 to date)

Mr. Hidayat Ullah Gul is serving BKTEF as Public Relation Officer & Incharge Media/Publication Cell. He received his master degrees in Journalism & Mass Communication and Pushtu Literature from University of Peshawar. Mr. Gul has served Pakistan Television (PTV) as Anchor Person, wrote hundreds of scripts and conducted numerous programs, talk shows and dialogues on issues of public interests. He also worked with Radio Pakistan and conducted popular current affaires program Da Khybr Awaz live since early 90s. Mr. Gul remained Public Relation Officer (PRO) for years and carried out various campaigns for the Pakistan Telecommunication Company (PTCL), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Mr Gul is an active Journalist and has acquired more then 13 years professional experience in reporting and editing while working for Daily The News Intl, Pakistan Observer, Independent News Agency (INA), Daily Aaj Peshawar, Mashriq and other Magazines. For AVT Khyber - a private cabal network Mr. Gul wrote a number of successful drama serials. He is the author of a Pushtu poetry book titled as “Ghunchak” nominated for PTV Award.

 

Tariq Ahmad Khan tariqsaib

Mr. Tariq Ahmad Khan is working as Field Coordinator at the BKTEF directorate. He has completed his LL.B degree from University of Peshawar. He is specialized in economic and social rights, and in civil society issues. Mr. Khan acted as Consultant in the field of human rights and development for the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) - an international human rights NGO; Shirkatgah; Democratic Commission For Human Development (DCHD); Aurat Foundation; APWA, Tribal Reforms and Development Forum (TRDF). He also served Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the capacity of Provincial Coordinator. He regularly assessed human rights situation in the province, supervised activities of HRCP Core Group and coordinated it with national and international stakeholders. Mr. Khan has worked as Provincial Coordinator in a civil society initiatives known as PACFREL (Pakistan Coalition for Free, Fair & Democratic Elections). This network took initiatives to ensure free, fair and transparent elections. Mr. Khan served to facilitate and assist Pakistan Election Monitoring Teams of SAARC; the European Union and Forum Asia during various elections. Mr. Tariq Ahmad Khan is the founding Member of Pakistan-Afghanistan People’s Friendship Association and is actively involved in various interventions of Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan - India People’s Forum for Peace & Democracy and SAHR South Asians for Human Rights

 

Nasir Alinasir

(September 2008 to date)

Mr. Nasir Ali is Planning & Development (P & D) Officer at BKTEF. After a university degree in International Relations from University of Peshawar Mr. Nasir joined a consortium of Human Resource Management & Development Center (HRMDC), Associates in Development (AID) and Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) and started working on governance related project. Under the umbrella of CARE International, he worked in disaster management for rehabilitation of affected people of October 2005 earthquake in District Shangla. Mr. Nasir also served a regional organization called South Asia Partnership (SAP) Pakistan and took initiatives for promotion of peace, security & interfaith harmony. He remained actively involved in planning and management processes throughout his professional career. He has good knowledge and sound understanding of development planning & management and has obtained practical experience in this regard while working with national and international development partners, NPOs & local NGOs.

Mr. Nasir has participated in a number of related knowledge building and skill developing training workshops and seminars. In a volunteer capacity Mr. Nasir is attached to International Relations Old Students Association (IROSA), University of Peshawar that works for the promotion of regional peace and stability.

 

Eiffat Amjadeffat

Mrs. Eiffat Amjad is working as M&E Officer in BKTEF directorate. She has received her master’s degree with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from University of Peshawar. Mrs. Eiffat has served teaching profession for almost 11 years while working. She has worked as a teacher in Jamal English Education Academy, Chakdara and Frontier Education Academy (FCA), Peshawar. Mrs. Eiffat has served Baacha Khan School at Mathra in the capacity of Principal for a period of one year.     

 

 

Midrar Ullahmidrar

(September 2008 to date)

Mr. Midrar Ullah is working as Web Developer. He has completed his Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT Hons.) from Gomal University, D.I.Khan with one year CCNA and MCSE Courses. He has practical experience in Web Development and has taught computer applications in Abasin Institute of Information Technology. Mr. Midrar has also developed websites for educational institutions and other corporate firms.

 


Waqar Ahmadwaqar

Mr. Waqar Ahmad got a diploma in electrical engineering and a bachelor degree in social sciences from the University of Peshawar. He also got a diploma in IT from the HITEC Degree College Peshawar in 2001. Additionally, he worked as Administrator in a local school from 2004 to September 2007. Currently, he is working in finance section of the BKTF as an Accounts Officer

 

 

 

Saleem Javedsaleem

Mr. Saleem Javed is graphics designer in BKTEF and is engaged with curriculum development wing. He has done B.Com from CECOS University. He has worked in the same capacity with Baacha Khan Trust for six years. He is working with a reputed news agency also.

 

 

Ammad Hafeezamad

January 2009 till to-date)

Mr. Ammad Hafeez is serving BKTEF in the capacity of Assistant to Manager Administration. He has completed his Masters in Statistics from the University of Peshawar. Prior to joining the Foundation he served The Mobilink as Finance Manager.

 

 

Anees Yousafanees

(September 2008 to date)

Mr. Anees Yousaf is working at BKTEF Directorate as MIS Officer. He has completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

 

 

 

 

Rehman Ullahrahman

(January 2005 to date)

Mr. Rehman Ullah is working as Front Desk Officer in BKTEF. He has completed his secondary education and has worked for almost five years with various Chartered Accountants’ Firms. He has maintained the positions of Accountant, Corporate Affairs Person.
