The foundation has set clear goals and institutional objectives to achieve in future.


Expansion of the Educational Program
The Foundation aspires to establish a network of integrated system of education throughout the province initially and expanding it to under-privileged areas of Baluchistan and Afghanistan ultimately.


The Foundation has formulated a plan to increase the number of Baacha Khan Schools from three to five during next academic session. The Board of Directors (BOD) in its recent meeting deliberated and endorsed the plan. In this respect the Foundation will preferably consider those areas where it already has in hand adequate community contributions and donations either in the form of a building, a piece of land or any kind of other material support. A number of pledges have been made by individuals in the target areas for donating land and buildings. A milestone for a school has lately been laid in Sawabi.

Promotional Activities


Publishing of Magazine
The foundation will publish an annual magazine highlighting the achievements and undertaken activities of the organization.

 

Documentary
To give maximum exposure to the cause of organization locally as well as among overseas Pakhtoon Diaspora, the Foundation has produced a documentary in Pashto while the English version is still under progress.


Raising Women Participation
The Foundation already has a number of female staff working in the directorate, apart from a dominating number of female staff in the Baacha Khan School Mathra and Charsadda, however, women participation on key positions and decision making positions will be maximized, as the Foundation strongly believes in women empowerment for the genesis of a healthy society and nation, females are an integral part of the BKEF organizational structure.
