Principal BKS Charssadda, Ms. Tehmina attended three days Leadership training organized by the British Council at Beach Luxury hotel Karachi on February 26 to February 29 2012. About 127 head teachers from different schools across the country participated in the training. The training workshop contained sessions on ICT skills, culture inside the schools, leadership skills, time management and mental toughness, and also on the importance of students voice.
Ms. Tehmina gave overview about the Baacha Khan Schools and its education system. She also threw light on the models of critical education, culture model, peace model and the environmental model being implemented by the Baacha Khan Schools. All participants and organizers appreciated efforts of the BKTEF for ensuring free quality education.
Baacha Khan School Charssadda is part of the Connecting Classroom Project run by the British Council.
