Meeting with the FOSI Team
A meeting was held between BKTEF team and the FOSI team, comprising Ms. Nargis Sultana and Dr. Faisal Bari, at the BKTEF Directorate on August 23 2011. Purpose of the meeting was to discuss framework and schedule of disbursement of the recently approved grant for the BKTEF. Progress of the BKTEF since the last meeting with the FOSI in April 2011 was presented in the form of a pictorial documentary followed by progress of the Academic Monitoring and Evaluation Software. Disbursement mechanism was discussed and six monthly installments of funds were agreed upon. Future plans of organizing a National Conference on Education by the BKTEF in the end of September 2011 and establishment of libraries at all BK Schools by FOSI were also discussed threadbare. The meeting ended with all points clarified and agreed upon.
Manager Finance, Project Coordinator, School Support Officer, Finance Officer, Coordination Officer, Procurement Officer, Assistant Curriculum Officer, Assistant Coordination Officer, Assistant Admin Officer, Assistant Field Officer and MIS Consultant of the BKTEF were also present in the meeting.
