Visit of Mr. Wilson Lee, Program Officer for South and Southeast Asia, NED to BKTEF Directorate
National Endowment for Democracy is supporting the BKTEF in implementing the project, Promoting Participation of Youth for Positive Social Change in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA. On Friday January 14 2011, Mr. Wilson Lee, Program Officer for South and Southeast Asia, and Ms. Mona, Program Officer, Asia of NED visited BKTEF Directorate. Purpose of the visit was to discuss progress of the project. Apart from visiting and meeting the Directorate and Project Management Team, M. Wilson and Ms. Mona also visited the Culture Unit of the BKTEF. Furthermore, pictorial documentary of the BKTEF containing information about the BKTEF and its outreach was also displayed. The Managing Director highlighted importance of the project “Promoting Participation of Youth for Positive Social Change” for the betterment of the society. Mr. Wilson and Ms. Mona appreciated work of the Directorate team for the betterment of the society.
